If your goal is to improve your health, fitness, energy levels, strength, posture, reduce body fat, build muscle in the right proportion or improve your power, endurance and musculature for a sports related goal, you are invited to engage in a thoroughly personalised, comprehensive, educational, powerful one-on-one training session with Kathy.
Kathy will condition every single session specifically to your needs, goals and take into account any underlying structural issues, injuries or poor posture - she will also engage other practitioners where necessary and guide you through any conditioning process to ensure you have a safe, challenging and enjoyable fitness journey!
If you have not trained with Kathy before, please select the Pre-Screening option as your first session. Here we will become acquainted, Kathy will perform a structural assessment and we'll go through a pre-screening form you will have filled out where we discuss your goals and any issues you may be concerned about.
A 30 minute session will consist of strength / fitness conditioning and you will do your own warm ups beforehand, plus your own cool down / stretches afterwards.
A 60 minute session will consist of warm ups and mobility, strength / fitness conditioning and cool downs / stretches afterwards.
This session can take place face to face at Kathy's personal training studio in North Brisbane, or at a distance via Skype pending your approved pre-screening assessment.
