When you arrive, the Biomat will be pre-set to a therapy temperature of 50 degrees celsius (or your preferred temperature you visit regularly). You can easily adjust the temperature (higher or lower) at any time during your session for optimal comfort. You still receive therapy benefits if you need to reduce the temperature, thanks to the amethyst crystal technology, which enables the release of high amounts of negative ions regardless of temperature. This means higher antioxidant exposure during your session.
Biomat technology includes protection from EMF radiation, which you may be exposed to during a regular session at an infra-red sauna.
TERMS OF USE - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
- 1 x session is for up to 30 minutes in duration, it can be shorter however any unused time from that session can not be transferred and will be forfeited.
- You can book a back-to-back 30+30 minute session to be a 1 hour session (this is safe and effective for detoxifying on the Biomat, once we clear your health pre-screening questionnaire)
- *A 4-pack (i.e. 4 x 30 minute sessions) must be used within 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will be forfeited. Booking a 4-pack is done manually, so get in touch and we will arrange for payment to be made and book your 4 sessions in advance within the 4 week period.
- Pre-payment is required at the time of your booking. This covers us for no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your anticipated arrival. A no-show is an automatic forfeit of your session and your payment.
- For changes or cancellations to your booking you must contact us with at least 24 hours of notice (no less), to ensure we can provide ample placement of your timeslot to someone else in need.
- Cancellations or changes to your booking within a 24 hour timeframe will automatically forfeit your session and your payment.
- Sorry but we can not provide any provisions for the above terms, so please ensure you are able to be compliant before making your booking and payment
- A health pre-screening questionnaire must be filled out prior to your first thermotherapy visit. You must have your doctor's approval if you suffer from any medical conditions or are on any medications which may affect your safety during Biomat use.
- First timers please turn up 10 minutes before your scheduled session to go through pre-screening, change into a robe, go through instructions and receive your electrolyte + vitamin C drink.
- Regulars please turn up 5 minutes before your scheduled session to change into a robe, go through instructions and receive your electrolyte + vitamin C drink.
- 30 minutes goes fast so please ensure you are able to turn up in a timely fashion to avoid disappointment with having to forfeit any missed time on your session.
- Children under 18 years must have their pre-screening form signed by a guardian and must also be accompanied by a guardian.
