Please think twice when considering modern SOY foods...
If you are a man, it can feminise you. If you are a woman, it can make your health and sexual function sub-optimal. It messes with hormones and decreases thyroid function. It causes cysts (ovaries, breast etc). If your baby is on soy, it can cause premature sexual development. It is worth reading more about soy if your baby is having soy to make your own informed decision to find an alternative.
Soy increases a woman's chance of getting PCOS, breast and for men prostrate cancers in particular, not to mention all other risks of cancer it links to.
Soy is highly oestrogenic. Too much oestrogen/sxeno-oestrogen in humans is another HUGE can of worms (another separate post for later!). If you come and get your BioSignature measurements done I can let you know if oestrogen is a priority for you and if your need to work on reduction/prevention (particularly if you have the tendency to accumulate fat around your thigh area) - regardless of soy. Soy just adds to the problem. A lot.
Most soy products in modern Western cultures are also produced using GMO farming which you probably don't know about! GMO farming is currently illegal in Australia, however importing of GMO foods here are not, and they don't all have to be listed YET on the ingredients label. Assume unless there is a "NO GMO" label, or it specifically states it is all grown and produced within Australia only, that there is more than likely GMO in your soy foods. GMO is the devil for health, I will post about it another time also.
